An enduring retreat along the Mediterranean shore
Rise to salt air, take the afternoon as you please, and let the night stretch on. Our 80 rooms and suites sit a brief stroll from the water.
“A place where hours lose their urgency.”
Quiet refinements, handled well
Nothing here is showy. Everything is intentional. That is what brings our regulars back.
Sunset Terraces
Three west-facing open-air dining decks, laid out so no two tables look straight at one another. Golden hour lasts roughly forty minutes here. For years we have shaped the menu, the music, and the lighting around that window.
LEARN MORE →Five-Star Amenities
VIP lounges, a 2,400 m² spa, indoor and outdoor pools, a private beach club, and nearly two staff members for every guest. Your suite is more than a room — it is a private domain with its own doorbell.
LEARN MORE →Resort Experience
Two private casino salons, three gaming lounges, and a team schooled in Europe's finest houses. From baccarat to roulette, each table is run by a dealer with at least five years on our floor. Discretion is not an extra here — it is the baseline.
LEARN MORE →A shoreline haven, 20 years in the making.
Established in 2006 on a secluded stretch of Mediterranean coastline, Sunsetbirchkeep was built for travellers who weigh a place by how it feels, not by what it flaunts. We began with six rooms, a kitchen, and a modest bar. Today we hold 80 keys, four restaurants and one private gaming salons, yet the original kitchen still plates dinner every evening.
From the casino floors to the spa terraces, each space and each ritual is shaped by people who have devoted their careers to hospitality. Our head sommelier has stayed with us for many years. Continuity is not a slogan here; it is the whole idea.
We carry a five-star rating from every guide that counts, yet the praise we treasure most is the one we cannot hang on a wall: more than 62 percent of our bookings each year come from guests who have stayed with us before. That is the sole figure we track.
Care without spectacle.
We have little patience for show. Flowers stay fresh because they ought to. Robes feel substantial because they ought to. The kitchen stays open until the last guest is ready, not until the clock says stop. The work that counts is the work you never see — and that is the work we put first.
There is a right way to do this and a wrong way. Over 20 years we have chosen one path and held to it. Everyone on our team — from the front desk to the kitchen porters — is selected, trained and retained because they share the same sense of what good hospitality looks like. A building alone cannot create that. It comes from people.
We hope you will visit and judge for yourself. And when you do, we hope you will tell us where we fell short, so the next 20 years improve on the ones behind us.
Plates shaped by the season, not a fixed card.
Our kitchen follows what the coast brings in each morning. The menu shifts weekly; the standard never does.
